1. What you buy
A credit pack adds a fixed number of AI generation credits to your guest session immediately after a successful payment. Credits have no expiry during the current festival year and cannot be transferred to another device or exchanged for cash.
2. Automatic refunds of credits
If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You are never charged a credit for an image that was not produced.
3. Money refunds
- Payment taken but credits not added (for example the app closed mid-payment): contact us within 7 days with the Razorpay payment id. We will either add the credits or refund the full amount within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
- Duplicate payment: the duplicate is refunded in full.
- Unused pack: if none of the credits in a pack have been used, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- Partly used pack: credits already used are not refundable. Because the images are generated by an automated model, dissatisfaction with an image’s appearance is not by itself grounds for a refund, but you may regenerate using another credit.
4. Cancellation
There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel. Each pack is a one-time purchase.
5. How to request a refund
Email zadevinay15@gmail.com with the payment id from your Razorpay confirmation, the amount, and a short description. Refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original UPI id, card or bank account and typically appear within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.
