1. What Ganadhisha is
Ganadhisha is a free guide to the Ganeshotsav festival in the Lalbaug–Parel area of Mumbai: a map of Ganpati pandals, walking routes, food spots and facilities. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with any mandal, temple, municipal body or government agency. Pandal details, timings and crowd levels are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or change without notice.
2. Paid digital credits
The “Selfie with Bappa” feature lets you generate AI souvenir images. Every user receives a small number of free generations. Additional generations are sold as credit packs (for example 5 credits for ₹49, 10 for ₹99, 20 for ₹149; current prices are shown in the app before you pay). Credits are digital, non-transferable, and are consumed when a generation is started. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
3. Your content
You must only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of other people without permission, or content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual or intended to offend religious sentiment. We may remove content and refuse service where these rules are broken. You keep all rights to your photos and the images generated from them; we get only the limited licence needed to process and deliver them to you.
4. AI-generated images
Generated images are created by an automated model and are marked as AI-generated. They may contain mistakes or oddities, and results vary between attempts. They are meant as personal keepsakes. Please do not use them to mislead others or present them as real photographs of a pandal.
5. Location and safety
The map uses your phone’s location only with your permission and only to show your position and nearby pandals. Routes and walking times are estimates. Always follow police, volunteer and mandal instructions on the ground; they override anything shown in the app. Use the app responsibly in crowds.
6. Availability
We try to keep the service running during the festival but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially under heavy crowd load or network congestion. Features may change or be withdrawn.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ganadhisha is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app. Our total liability to you for any paid feature is limited to the amount you paid for that feature.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
